Lyndall graduated from the University of Newcastle during the whirl wind year that was 2020. She found her passion for Physiotherapy studying as a mature age student with an interest in anatomy and biomechanics. This has led her to a rewarding career change.
With an interest in Yoga and Pilates, Lyndall has found identifying movement dysfunction and using controlled postural based exercises to return to normal movement patterns her most satisfying role yet.
If you recognise Lyndall, she has been the face of a Newcastle based food truck selling mini-Dutch pancakes for over 15yrs. Outside of work Lyndall enjoys time in the gym, running with her dog and being outdoors with her family.
