Rachel graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2015. Since then, Rachel has worked in private practice, gaining extensive clinical skills in primarily musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Rachel’s approach to Physiotherapy largely focuses on manual therapy, exercise prescription and education, through which she strives to help people understand and self-manage their condition.
Rachel is a passionate enthusiast for health and fitness and has a keen interest in treating sports-related injuries. She thrives on helping people to feel better through movement and exercise.
Outside of Physiotherapy Rachel is a dancer of 17 years with a passion for tap, jazz and classical ballet. She also loves the gym, running, riding her bike, cooking, going to the beach and spending as much of her spare time as possible in the beautiful outdoors.
