The exercises performed in these classes are specifically designed to target your core musculature to increase your core strength. These classes are targeted primarily at people recovering from an episode of low back pain however you are more than welcome to take part as preventative measures are encouraged.

These classes are designed to complement our physiotherapy treatment for neck pain and headaches. They improve posture awareness and neck/shoulder strength and endurance. In our experience, we have seen excellent results from this program when combined with our physiotherapy treatment.

Our class times are
  • favicon Back Pilates – Tuesdays from 5pm-6pm and Wednesdays from 4pm-5pm.
  • favicon Neck Pilates – Mondays and Thursdays from 5pm-6pm.
