Adam has a wealth of experience in functional exercise prescription and rehabilitation programming having been a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness trainer since 2002. Over the last fifteen plus years he has developed training programs for people of all levels of ability participating in a raft of different sports and pursuits.

Being an avid recreational sportsman who enjoys participating in activities such as cycling, running, surfing, football and tennis, Adam has a particular interest in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of sporting injuries. His expertise lies in the treatment and management of injuries of the lower limb and spine.
