Our practice is safe for you.
We are screening every patient over the phone and when they arrive for their appointment. We are checking that;
- They have not been in contact with a known coronavirus case
- They are not experiencing flu-like symptoms
- They have not travelled overseas within the last 14 days
If the patient answers ‘yes’ to any of these questions, the patient’s appointment is postponed for 14 days.
We require a medical certificate proving their recovery prior to commencing treatment.
All appointments are notified via SMS or email with no exchange of paper or business cards.
All surfaces are wiped after patients touch them, including the waiting room chairs, door handles, pens and front desk. We have no magazines in the waiting room.
Within the treatment rooms, we are not using towels at all. The treatment rooms consist of a bare up/down bed and a chair. All surfaces are wiped with disinfectant after treatment.
All treatment is performed by the physiotherapist using manual therapy while following strict hand-washing hygiene guidelines. Exercise and movement guidance are also performed with the patient using equipment that is wiped afterwards.
We use new exercise bands for every patient.
If you prefer, we are encouraging our patients to wait in the car until we are ready to treat them, so they can walk right in without having to share the waiting room with anyone.
