FAQS FOR YOU

Treatment Duration

So how long will my treatment take?

We always allow one full hour for initial assessments on new patients if possible however, 30 minute appointments may be used to enable earlier treatment.

We always allow 30 minutes for follow up treatment.

Our time with you is the secret to your success. To best understand your injury and its root cause, we must understand how you move – your movement habits, your lifestyle, your attitudes to activity and movements and your specific complaint. It takes time to do a thorough job. That is why we allocate this time.

Please be prompt to your appointments, so as to get the most out of them.
