We see a lot of people who find it difficult to sleep because of neck pain.
We have a system that allows people to trial pillows for a few days in combination with treatment. We find this to be quite helpful for our patients.
However, one MUST DO piece of advice we have, is to NEVER sleep on your tummy.
The effect of sustained rotation of the neck for many hours each night creates extreme muscular imbalance and joint position faults that always contribute to the eventual production of neck pain.
